1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jlbed ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlbed website at https://jlbed.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlbed platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on jlbed.app, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlbed with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating an account with jlbed you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when using jlbed;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jlbed or any affiliated platform;
• The funds you use for deposits are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally.

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

jlbed conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of the account verification process. You may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jlbed primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. jlbed makes no representations about the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh and accepts no liability for players who access the platform in breach of their local laws.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jlbed services — including game play, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents;
• A valid and active email address that you personally control;
• Your date of birth (used for age verification purposes);
• A secure password of your own choosing;
• Your mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
• Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details).

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active jlbed account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlbed reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full review.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jlbed login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. jlbed will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the jlbed support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. jlbed is not responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account issues resulting from outdated account information provided by you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlbed — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jlbed does not currently support foreign currencies. All amounts displayed on the platform are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jlbed currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Payment method availability may vary at any given time. jlbed reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice. You are advised to check the Cashier section of your account for the current list of available options.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at jlbed is ৳100. There is no platform-wide maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players may set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account dashboard. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission during business hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside of business hours may be processed the following morning. jlbed does not charge any processing fee on withdrawals from its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification checks at jlbed's discretion, particularly for large amounts or unusual withdrawal patterns.

4.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

jlbed reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, self-excluded players, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jlbed will notify you via your registered email address and provide a reasonable explanation where permitted by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jlbed offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete account registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements that will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by jlbed are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in total wagers to be placed before withdrawal is permitted.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus (typically 7–30 days).
• Bets placed with real-money funds count towards wagering requirements only when no active bonus wagering obligation remains.
• jlbed reserves the right to cap bonus winnings at a stated maximum withdrawal amount where specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

jlbed reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility at its sole discretion. Players found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, use of bonus arbitrage strategies, or participation in coordinated bonus exploitation — will have bonuses forfeited, accounts reviewed, and may face permanent suspension.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

jlbed may run special promotions tied to cultural and sporting events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the event. jlbed is not obligated to run seasonal promotions in any given year.

6 Game Rules & Betting

By participating in any casino game or sports betting market on jlbed, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or market in question and accept the outcome as final subject to the conditions below.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on jlbed — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own set of rules presented within the game interface. In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy.

jlbed does not manipulate the outcome of any game. All RNG-based games are certified by an independent testing laboratory. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and table game are available within the game's information panel.

6.2 Sports Betting

jlbed offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Betting markets, odds, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice, including after a bet has been placed if the odds were published in error.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation.
• jlbed reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly published in error or where the event outcome has been determined to be the result of manipulation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at jlbed's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply and will be displayed in the betting interface.

6.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

jlbed reserves the right to declare any bet or game round void where it was placed or played as a result of a software error, system malfunction, or human error in the publication of odds or game parameters. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full. jlbed will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a voided game or bet.

7 User Obligations

By using jlbed you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the jlbed platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit any game, betting market, bonus, or software vulnerability on the platform;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jlbed games or the betting interface without express written permission;
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using jlbed's payment infrastructure;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Impersonate another player, jlbed staff member, or any third party;
• Attempt to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the jlbed platform;
• Sell, transfer, or assign your jlbed account or any funds within it to any other person.

7.2 Responsible Use

jlbed encourages all players to use the platform responsibly. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. You agree to set personal limits that reflect your financial situation and to make use of jlbed's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. 7.3 Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that may arise from winnings received via jlbed in your jurisdiction. jlbed does not provide tax advice and will not deduct or remit any taxes on your behalf unless required to do so by applicable law.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

jlbed may suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where possible, jlbed will notify you of the reason for suspension or closure via your registered email address.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your jlbed account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses) will be refunded via your most recently used payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for a defined or indefinite period, you may activate the self-exclusion feature from your account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. jlbed will make reasonable efforts to prevent reactivation requests from being accepted until the exclusion period has fully expired.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jlbed will attempt to notify you via email before any dormancy fee is applied. A dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances after the 12-month threshold. Once an account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlbed's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your use of the platform, or any game or betting outcome shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your jlbed account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether or not jlbed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of jlbed's services, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] with a full description of the issue. jlbed aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter in writing to jlbed's compliance team via the same email address, marked for the attention of the Compliance Department.
